He finds joy in the art of organization, both in balancing the books and making sure the family schedule runs like a well-oiled machine. When he’s not deep in spreadsheets, catch him having a ball on the baseball field or cruising the streets on his trusty skateboard. Life’s a balance, and he’s here to make it all work seamlessly!
Cindy Moore
Cindy Moore began working at Foster Financial Group (FFG) in 2019 after she retired from a 35-year career at Navy Federal Credit Union. She has a broad spectrum of skills and competencies and began working at FFG in the Office Manager/Admin capacity as a way to stay involved in the business world and keep her mind active. Over the years, she has become more learned about tax data entry and is switching her focus from office work to tax return data entry; she remains available as a back-up in her original capacity. When she is not working, she likes to spend time with her friends and three adult daughters, visit wineries, garden, take walks and spoil her Tortie/Russian Blue mix cat and her Mini Dachshund.
Elaina Moy
2024 will mark the eleventh year Elaina has been with Foster Financial, and the first year in the Administrative role. Her work for the first several years entering data for tax returns makes her uniquely qualified as the new Office Administrator, and she is looking forward to interacting with clients in this new capacity. In her spare time, she has been a swim coach and volunteer for many years, and keeps busy with her husband, Mike and 3 children. Their eldest son is at the Naval Academy, their daughter will be graduating from high school this year, and their youngest son is in middle school. They are looking forward to weekend college visits and family time the next few years.
Brian Piché
With a lifelong passion for hands-on work, Brian transitioned to the world of tax preparation, showcasing a versatile skill set that combines practical expertise with financial knowledge. Embracing the precision and attention to detail required in both areas, Brian now navigates the complexities of tax codes with the same dedication that once defined his manual craftsmanship. He is both excited and honored to be the third generation of Foster working with both new and old clients, and is eager to carry on continuing to help make every tax year as simple and painless as possible.
Paola Martinez
With a career rooted in public accounting, Paola specializes in taxes, strategic planning, and financial reporting for small businesses. Her expertise spans across various industries, and she has assisted clients in multiple states, including such as NY, NJ, CT, CA, SC and MA. Additionally, Paola has experience working with foreign individuals and nonresident aliens, adding to her diverse skill set.
Originally hailing from Colombia, South America, Paola relocated to the United States in 2008. She graduated with honors, achieving both a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a Master’s degree in Accountancy. Throughout her 10+ years in the accounting field, Paola displayed unwavering dedication in pursuit of her CPA license, which she proudly obtained in 2022. Her ability to fluently communicate in both English and Spanish allows her to serve a broader range of clients and provide personalized advice to everyone she works with.
Paola’s commitment to her clients goes beyond her expertise. She possesses a genuine passion for their success and genuinely cares about their financial well-being. This unique combination of high-level expertise and personalized attention ensures that each client receives exceptional service and tailored solutions.
